He founded Marudhar Chemicals to solve real manufacturing problems. When Potassium Permanganate (PP) and wax dominated furniture finishing — causing dust retention, fingerprint marks and whitening in cold weather — he pioneered the lacquer and sealer systems that replaced them.

He later developed the Iron-Based Rust Protector (RP), enabling rust-finished metal furniture and décor with far greater durability, opening new design possibilities for the handicraft industry.

His scientific rigour and customer-first approach remain the foundation of the company.

His hands-on approach to product development delivers coatings that go beyond aesthetics — improving durability, process efficiency and consistency.

He believes every manufacturer has unique requirements, so each solution is designed around the customer’s process, substrate, desired finish and end use. That philosophy has made Marudhar Chemicals a technical partner rather than just a supplier.
