Careers at Marudhar Chemicals
Work on problems that show up on a factory floor
We are a coatings company built by a chemist. What we make gets judged in a workshop, not a brochure — by whether the finish held, batch after batch. If you like solving real production problems, you will like it here.
01
Real R&D, in-house
Our in-house lab co-develops custom finishes with customers who bring us problems that others have been unable to solve.
02
25+ years of know-how
Learn from a team that has been developing furniture finishes for export manufacturers for more than 25 years.
03
Close to the customer
You will be on factory floors in Jodhpur and beyond, not behind a desk guessing at requirements.
04
Room to own things
Small team, wide scope. Good ideas get tried rather than filed.
